Layouts
1. SINGLE INTERLOCKED
“Simple to build, good particle removal”
This design is very simple to construct and maintain, yet offers a high degree of particle removal. It is ideal as a pre-filter before any biological chamber. Used in this way, the efficiency of the biological chambers will be enhanced and the overall maintenance time will be reduced.
The outlet will be positioned here if the water is flowing to a subsequent chamber mounted at the same level.

2. DOUBLE INTERLOCKED VERTICAL FLOW
“Excellent combination of mechanical and biological performance”
This design allows a superb combination of mechanical and biological performance, yet is still simple to build and maintain. It can be a stand-alone filter or any number of these can be linked in series. In order to achieve the most efficient removal of the bulk of the waste matter in a multi-chamber filter system, we recommend that the water should pass through a horizontal flow settlement chamber before entering the vertical flow chambers.
The outlet will be positioned here only if the water is returning to the pond by gravity or passing to another filter chamber mounted at a lower level. The height of this outlet will govern the water level in the chamber.

3. HORIZONTAL COMBINATION
“The most efficient and user-friendly design of filter. Suitable for gravity feeding”
This is the ultimate settlement chamber. It works best in a gravity-feed configuration where the water is slowed by the standpipe so that there is the minimum amount of turbulence in the settlement area, thus the greatest amount of waste is allowed to settle.
The primary brushes can be removed as necessary for cleaning and the secondary brushes will trap the very finest particles.
